In 2005, singer and bassist Alex Le Monnier set out to find musicians that wanted the same as her; to play live, make records and travel. Later that year she met Matt Keil, a pianist and guitarist whose classical training would add a new musical tilt to the bands style.
The last piece of the puzzle came in the form of Terry Anderson, a drummer with an uncompromising metal style that would add ferocity and rhythmic diversity. With the help of their local rehearsal studio, Le Monnier became the three-piece band that have released their breakthrough debut album.
A powerful instrumental presence twinned with Alex's unique song writing and relentlessly powerful vocals make Le Monnier one of the most exciting new prospects in the UK's metal scene in years.
